Sandra Stevens Smalls is a native of Liberty County. She is a

product of the Liberty County School System, receiving her

diploma from Bradwell Institute. Continuing her education, she

attended Savannah Technical College, receiving her degree in

Marketing and Management in 1989. After this, she began her

career with the Marriott Company, holding various position

including General Manager. In 2009, she earned her Associate of Business Administration from Saint Leo University. In 2003, she gained employment with Chatham County, serving in the capacity of Human Resources Analyst for many years. She received her Bachelor in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University in 2010. Her parents, Anna Stevens and Paige Stevens, have instilled the morals and values of our Lord and Savior that have now flourished into Sandra Stevens Smalls Ministry. She has two children, Ashley and Nathaniel, Julius, son-in- law, and two grandchildren, CJ and Wesley.
